Philippe Borremans

Philippe Borremans is a multi-lingual independent consultant specialised in Crisis & Emergency Risk Communication with more than 25 years experience. He currently works for clients such as the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the EU on Emergency Risk Communication capacity building missions across the ECOWAS and North Africa region. He is a guest lecturer at several universities and business schools in both Europe and Northern Africa (International University of Casablanca, ISCAE Business School, emlyon Business School, the Royal Military Academy of Belgium, the University Institute for Modern Languages in Milan) and a Certified Professional Trainer.

Philippe is a founding member of the International Association of Online Communicators (IAOC), a full member of the European Association of Communications Directors (EACD) and Member of the Board of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA).
